Kate Williams is the founder and owner of Philanthropy Partner LLC. Kate has had the unique opportunity to understand and support the needs of private foundations and grantmakers from the grantee, grantor, operational and legal perspectives. She has supported executive leadership, operations staff, and boards of directors on a wide range of issues, including affiliations, transactions, strategic initiatives, governance, and programmatic and operational needs. She has partnered with visionaries and trustees to ensure that grants and collaborations are impactful and are executed with attention to the foundations’ priorities, strategies, and legal compliance requirements. She brings a relevant and dynamic skillset and collaborative approach to the private foundations and grantmakers she supports.
